Originally from Australia and now based in Washington DC, Leah founded Mint Phoenix to bring a global perspective to event design, branding, and web design, which she has been doing for over 20 years. Rather than a one-size-fits-all team, she hand-selects specialists for every project — florists, stylists, fabricators, lighting designers — curated to match each client's unique vision.
The result is work that feels intentional, immersive, and unmistakably personal.
